Outcome 1 - Improved design and monitoring of SP programs and increased use of evidence on SP impact system contributes to increased coverage of social protection
Description
The Project Strategy is designed around the support to the implementation of the NSPPF and the PFM Reforms.
In what regards the promotion of linkages between SP and PFM reforms it is expected that strengthening the programme-based budget formulation; budget execution and the monitoring and evaluation capacities of the implementing agencies will contribute both to the achievement of the proposed outcomes of the PFM reform and to the social protection programmes objectives.
Outputs contributing to the outcome
- Output 1.3. - The CSO-Trade Union Network can engage effectively with decision makers for the improvement of the design and monitoring of selected SP programs
- Output 1.1. - Evidence-based tools to improve planning and monitoring and evaluation of social protection programmes under the National Social Protection Policy Framework in line with international standards and principles are developed and implemented
- Output 1.2 – Feasibility studies and tools to support social protection scheme design and its expansion are developed
