Description

The NHI scheme is facing major challenges in ensuring long-term financial sustainability and maintain equity and adequate financial protection to the whole population in Lao PDR. Under this output, policy options are identified and analysed, and backed by evidence generated by research supported by ILO. Accordingly, the legislative and regulatory framework may be developed and/ or updated, with necessary consultations.
