02.01.01. Organize round table discussions with HR managers who recruit ICT workers and identify skills needs and co-design new training ICT programmes
02.01.02. Broker partnership between BLK and companies (e.g. MoU on apprenticeship training)
02.01.03. Engage ICT experts to develop training course modules, material and assessment tools
02.01.04. Train BLK ICT course instructors so they can deliver the new courses
02.01.05. Generate communication material and recruit trainees (70% women)
02.01.06. Pilot the courses, evaluate the effectiveness and improve the training course design and material
02.01.07. Provide soft skills training to the trainees to enhance their employability
