The seventh actuarial valuation was endorsed by the Public Authority for Social Insurance in 2016.

ILO's contribution to the outcome

The ILO, with support from the Government of Oman [OMA/15/01/OMA], carried out the seventh actuarial valuation for the Public Authority for Social Insurance on 31 December 2014, and provided related policy recommendations to ensure the sustainability of the different social security schemes.
