Résumé

This document analizes the Brazilian Bolsa de Familia cash transfer programme and its impact over the poverty rate, the health and education level achieved by the programme beneficiaries. At the same time, the authors compare the programme design and targets achieved by this progamme in relation to similar programmes implemented in other Latin American countries.
